Linda has founded five disruptive companies and is a pioneer as a women founder and CEO. Her companies have listed on the NASDAQ, offered services in more than 80 countries, employed 8,500 employees, raised more than $300 million in funding in on-demand courier, online wine, customer and employee experience, business incubator to a wide range of customers.
Linda is active in the community supporting several non-profits and social enterprises as a board director, fundraiser and volunteer. Linda is passionate about supporting diverse, high-growth entrepreneurs through her global Level Up initiative. She has been frequently named a “Most Influential Women in Business” by the San Francisco Business Times. Linda has won numerous awards including E&Y Master Entrepreneur of the Year and World Class New Zealander.

Co-host Auriga Martin is an entrepreneur and intrapreneur who believes in creating a new design for business where putting people and planet first come with higher profits. Auriga is in the process of launching New Zealand's first AI native venture studio as well as finishing her masters in organizational change and resilience. Auriga grew up with successful unicorn tech learning company lynda.com (now LinkedIn Learning).
